We will work with you to set up a date for your mattress to be picked up, free of charge. We will contact a local charity in your area and donate the mattress to them, the mattress must be clean and undamaged. Once the charity facility picks it up and e-mails us a copy of their pick up invoice we will issue you a full refund of your purchase price. Please note that pick up arrangements normally take 3 to 7 business days.
